A frontline People's Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial aspirant for Anambra 2021, Mr Valentine Ozigbo, on Saturday, said he has donated a sum of N1,000,000 to victims of flood disaster in the state.
Ozigbo, who disclosed this in an interview after a walk for life event he organised at Awka, named benefitting council areas as Ogbaru, Anambra East, Anambra West and Ayamelum, adding that each LGAs would receive N250,000.
He, however, urged spirited individuals and others to give more supports to flood victims, so as to enable them cushion its devastating impacts.
Speaking on the walk-to-life, Ozigbo explained that it was hinged on three objectives of health is life, togetherness/unity and public enlightenment.
