Corps members have been charged to use the 12 calendar months dedicated to national service to better the lot of communities where they have were posted to. The State Coordinator of NYSC Anambra Mrs Blessing Iruma charge today during the Closing ceremony of the 2022 Batch B Stream 2 Orientation programme held at the Nnamdi Azikiwe NYSC Unity Permanent Orientation Camp Umuawulu/ Mbaukwu Awka South LGA Anambra state.
While delivering the introductory address on behalf of the State Coordinator, the Camp Director Mrs Ngozi Okeke-ekpe counseled the Corps members to accept their posting, integrate to the communities, and leave them better than they met it . She also revealed that the state is NYSC friendly and asked them to join and partner the government in their 5 administrative pillars which includes Security, Economic transformation, Social agenda, governance, Rule of law and environment.

The State Coordinator Mrs Blessing Iruma who stood in for the Director General of NYSC at ceremony said that Corps members must strive to meet the expectations of Nigerians by contributing to the progress and development of their fatherland.
The highlights of the ceremony include Parade/March Past by Corps members as well as issuance of commendation letters to deserving Corps members . Letters of posting to various Places of primary assignments in the 21 LGAs of the State was issued to the Corps members.
