Anambra's Hide And Skin Market  Relocate To A New Site

It was an epoch making event yesterday as members of Hide and Skin Integrated market Anambra state relocated from Woliwo to their new site, Verdict of God Complex  Amazu, Okpoko by Onitsha/Owerri road.

The event which attracted former ASMATA president general Hon Okwudili  Ezenwankwo and the incumbent president general Chief Humphrey Anuna and many other dignitaries started with a holy mass by a catholic priest who prayed to God to bless them with God wisdom. The priest enjoined them to do their businesses with fear of God nothing that with God all things are possible as millionaires are to spring from the market.

In his opening speech, the chairman of the market Mr Chimezie Edward Adiele who was over wehnmend with joy thanked Chief Okafor Bonaventure Bontus “Ide Jesus” for making their dream a reality by providing a conducive marketing environment where according to the chairman all what the traders needed for their business to strive could be found.

The  chairman  said his members were so excited to be in the new site which he believed the prayers of the priest and other men of God including their patrons must surely come to pass, even as he thanked the president general of Anambra State Amalgamated Traders Association (ASMATA) Chief Humphrey Anuna “Onwa Oraeri”  for approving the new site. He reminded all the members that every off load and loadings must be now at the new site and not old site as offenders must be penalized accordingly.

In his short remark, the former president general of ASMATA and former Federal House of Representative, Hon Okwudili Ezenwankwo ” Ewepudike N’Naka’, commended the traders mostly the leaders for their doggedness and  courage for securing the new site and prayed to God to bless and give the traders their heart desires.

The president general of ASMATA Chief Humphrey Anuna “Onwa Oraeri” in his speech applauded the traders for the right decision. He disclosed that the new site has been a matter before his office but thank God that it had been settled before the official opening. He thanked Chief Okafor Bonaventure Bontus for his love for traders in the state and described  him as divine gift to humanity in general and traders in particular

Onwa Oraeri who spoke much on the importance of apprentice (Igba buyi) urged the traders not to joke with it as according to him the master and the apprentice are both beneficiaries of the service. The PG assured the traders that he is going to work with them just as he has been doing in their old site. He changed them to get their vote ready for His Excellency Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo come November governorship election.

The Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Okpoko Police Divisional Headquarters, CSP  Ewelu Owai in remark commended the traders for the peace and love exhibited and urged them to sustain the tempo. The senior police officer assured the traders of 24 hours security coverage in the area.
