Obidient Ambassadors of Nigeria (OAN), a pressure group, Tuesday, said it was poised to mobilise structure for presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The National Chairman of OAN, Chief Vincent Ezewuzie, who disclosed this at inauguration of the Anambra State chapter of the group, said his group would raise a campaign structure for Obi at the grassroots with a view to mobilise votes for him during the election.
Ezewuzie, however, stressed that Nigerians were the actual structure of Labour Party because they were desirous of seen Obi and his running-mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed revive the country that was at verge of collapsing.
He further described the LP Presidential candidate as a movement which according to him, was beyond any person, personality or group and would not be voted based on religious or ethnic nationalities considering the economic situation in the country and capacity of Obi/Datti.
Ezewuzie also unveilled Chief Chinedu Idiago, a legal luminary from Anambra State, as the group's National leader, stressing that he has capacity to support the project, and even as he charged Anambra State residents to canvass support for Obi all over the state.
