The Anambra State Football Association Chairman Gen Chikelue Iloenyosi has Inaugurated members of the Main Organizing Committee (MOC) to oversee the 2023 Anambra state All Stars Football tournament. The short event which took place at the FA secretariat at Udoka Housing Estate Awka saw Chief Chijioke Ezenwenwe as the Chairman of the M.O.C and to be assisted by Chimezie Ogbunando while the acting secretary of Anambra FA, Mr Raph Nweke will serve as the Secretary of the committee and will be assisted by Ndema Obinna PhamouzDJ.
"General" charged the committee to be up and doing and help drive the tournament accordingly.
*"I thank you all for coming around at this shortest notice. That shows how important this tournament is to everyone present here. That's why I am very optimistic that this committee will deliver. From among us we will get members that will serve in other subcommittees. Thank you as I charge you all to be diligent in dispatching this responsibility."*
The Chairman of the committee Chijioke Ezenwenwe thanked the Iloenyosi and described him as God sent.

You have shown quality leadership and things naturally have been moving the way it's supposed to be. About this tournament, I want to thank you again for deeming us worthy to serve in this capacity. I am only assuring you that we will do everything to deliver a standard All Stars Tournament that every football stakeholder will be proud of."*
The committee in a brief meeting agreed to extend the registration timeline to Friday 16th of June as the committee unanimously also agreed that Sunday June 25 will be the official kickoff date.
