Anambra notable community leader lauds Gov Soludo’s security efforts

 Anambra notable community leader, Barr Nonso Madu, of  Owerre-Ezukala Community in Orumba South Local Government Area (LGA) of Anambra have commended the gallant efforts of Anambra Governor, Prof.  Charles Soludo in restoring the safety of lives and properties of citizens in the area.


Mr Nonso Madu, a  Prominent  community leader in the council area made the commendation while speaking with some journalists shortly after his courtesy visit to the governor in Awka on Friday.


 


Madu disclosed that he paid a courtesy visit to the governor to personally extoled the  giant strides and extraordinary achievements of the governor in all sectors of the state economy especially security.


 


He assured the governor of the willingness of the people of Owerre- Ezukala town to assist the government to flush out the criminal elements that have set up crime camps in the bushes in the community.


 


“As a concerned  native of Owerre-Ezukala, I will gather other worthy sons and daughters of the  town to promote the government good intentions for the state, more so, all communities in Orumba South as a whole.


 


“I personally visited the state to thank the governor for his continued efforts to improve the security of lives and property in Anambra, making it possible for investors  business to thrive in the State.          


 


“The recent on the spot visit to assess the improving security situation in Owerre- Ezukala, Ogbunka and Umunze by the governor, moved me so much to take a decision to be part of  safety restoration history in the state,”he said.


 


 Madu stated that the good people of Owerre-Ezukala are happy with the efforts of the governor to restore order to the community and assured the governor of his continued support in any way possible.


 


He also congratulated soludo for winning the prestigious Sun Newspaper Man of the year award for his outstanding achievements in Anambra state.


 


Madu  appealed  to the governor not to relent or be distracted in delivering his administration  democratic aims to Anambra  public.


He disclosed that the governor said that his  open  door policy is to anyone with great ideas on how best to achieve greater growth and development of the state to come share such  ideas for common good of the state.


Madu urged local investors from the state to Think Home and join hands with the governor to restore the lost glory of the state and create jobs for the teaming unemployed youths of the state and increase the internally generated revenue of the state for more development .
