The National Coordinator, APGA Media Warriors, Evangelist Chinedu Obigwe has described governor Chukwuma Soludo's efforts to stop Monday sit-at-home as a battle to reclaim Anambra from criminal elements.
Obigwe, who stated this while replying to a popular TV broadcaster, Oseni Rufai in a statement, argued that supporting the governor was necessary because it was a collective battle for the betterment of our State .
He added that the governor had completely restored security and order in the State before embarking on the move to end sit-at-home and urged Oseni to talk with decorum "knowing Governor Soludo antecedents in Nigeria, he is expected to use the Arise TV platform to encourage the good work our beloved Governor is doing in our State. "
He added that "As at today, Anambra people are happily enjoying a crime free State. On this note, it is wrong for Rufai Oseni to be comparing Anambra with a State in the North western part of Nigeria that babdits kidnapped 177people.
"Such a thing cannot happen in Anambra State. Lilu, Orsumogho and other areas under the grip of criminal elements in the State have been liberated by our gallant security operatives. "
"If you put your ears on the ground, you will hear that Governor Soludo has turned Anambra State to hell fire for criminal elements. Hardly will you hear that people committed crime in the State and go scotfree. Its no longer happening in our State."
