The National Coordinator, APGA Media Warriors Forum, Evangelist Chinedu Obigwe has refuted the claims in some quarters that one of the pastors arrested over alleged fake miracle, Bishop Emeka Michael Nwankpa was witch-hunted for political reasons.
Obigwe, who stated this in a statement described it described as balderdash, because according to him, Nwankpa is rather " paying for his sins of deception."
"Another thing I will state without mincing words is that those claiming political witch hunt against Emeka Nwankpa are making foolish attempt to use blackmail to arm twist the State government into dropping charges against him but they have failed.
"As an APC member that operates in Onitsha north 2 constituency, Emeka Nwankpa does not have any political value. He cannot boast of winning election in his polling unit talk more of his ward.
"Governor Soludo administration cannot be associated with politically motivated witch hunt of any kind against anybody in Anambra State. His administration is only known with the delivery of dividends of good governance in our State.
"The effort of Governor Soludo to reform Anambra State in all ramification deserves commendation , not vilification and senseless blackmail. Truly, Anambra people has never had it so good as they are witnessing under the administration of our beloved Governor Soludo.
