APC former governorship aspirant praises Soludo on security, infrastructure devpt

 A Political stalwart, lawyer and community leader, Barr Nonso Madu has commended the efforts demonstrated in less than 4 years by  Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State in entrenching steadied growth and development.


Madu observed that Soludo has through massive infrastructural development currently going on to transform Anambra state into a big variety construction site with the giant strides being made by his administration in all sectors of economy in Anambra. 


Madu in a press briefing on Monday in Awka said that the recent positive initiatives taken by the soludo administration in the area of security by setting up the operation Udo ga achi force to rid the state of the menace of insecurity, kidnapping and wanton loss of lives and property is highly commendable.


He called on all well meaning public in the state to support the soludo administration  in its efforts to rid the state of miscreants so as to attract more international and national investors to the state to reduce hardship experienced by citizens in the state.


Madu said that efforts need to be sustained in tracking and dealing with bad eggs of the state and commended the recent successful raids on the criminals hideouts and camps in Umunze, Ogbunka and Owerre Ezukala .


Madu who hails from Owerre-Ezukalla in Orumba South LGA and urged that the raids on other  border communities be intensified as 70% of the criminal activities in Anambra state can be traced to the criminal camps in the named border communities in Orumba south. 


He equally urged  well to do individuals of the state to join hands with the Soludo-led administration to make Anambra a safe haven for investors and dwellers. 


 Madu advised that a security trust fund be set up where all well to do individuals  should donate to the trust fund solely to help Government in tackling insecurity in the State. He assured Governor Soludo of his continued support for his administration.
