All the Traditional Rulers in Anaocha Local Government Area, Anambra State, Friday declared total support for Barr. Prince Chukwudi Oli, popularly known as Oba Ezeafia, describing him as their most preferred candidate for Dunukofia, Njikoka and Anaocha Federal Constituency in 2026 poll.
The Chairman, Anaocha Traditional Rulers Council, HRH Igwe Christopher Okpala, who disclosed this, noted that Oli's former endorsement would soon be made public because they have discovered him to be a visionary leader with the capacity, experience, and grassroots connection needed to effectively represent the people of the constituency at the National Assembly.
According to him, a decision to endorse Barr. Oli, popularly known as Oba Ezeafia, as their preferred aspirant for the DNA Federal Constituency, was reached after a series of consultations, during which they equally found that his contributions to community development and youth empowerment distinguish him among other aspirants.
Igwe Okpala expressed confidence that Oba Ezeafia possesses the leadership qualities required to attract meaningful development and quality representation to the DNA Federal Constituency.
Reacting to the endorsement, Oba Chukwudi Oli appreciated the royal fathers for the confidence reposed in him, describing their support as a strong motivation to continue working for the unity, progress, and advancement of the people of Dunukofia, Njikoka, and Anaocha under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
