The Actors Glide Nigeria (AGN), Delta state Chapter on Friday elected new executive prove to pilot affairs of the organisation for the next three years.
The election which was well attended and participated by who is who in movie industry that belongs to Delta state chapter of the AGN, and superintended by Chief Emmanuel Ogugua as Organizing Committee Chair.
It saw Prince Kelvin Oghugho Uvu emerging as Chairman with a total of 362. All the starlight's Town AGN units produced at least one person in the new executives which many members said will help to restore back the glory of Nollywood industry.
Some of the notable names in movie industry of Delta state chapter that participated in the election were Evangelist Patience Ozoekwe ( a.k.a,Mama Gee for General), and Dame Ngozi Ezeonu.
In a short speech after been swore in, the new chairman, Chief Emmanuel Ogugua said he would cooperate with everyone in order to move the industry forward, while promising to remain a humble servant every time.
