Rainbow Heritage group, a real estate firm, Friday, launched Golf Residency, a uniquely designed world class estate at Amansea, Awka North LGA within the Awka Capital Territory, Anambra State.
The estate, situated on 55 hectares of land, is a public private partnership (PPP) project with the Anambra State government, and aimed at providing improved and affordable accommodation for middle and high income earners.
Speaking at the event held at Willie Obiano International Convention Centre, Awka, the group's Commercial Director, Mrs Prinye Ngelale, hinted that the Golf Residency (TGR) was targeted at deserving hardworking people of Anambra State at home and in diaspora for comfort and style, in a serene and harmonious environment connected in a smart community.
Ngelale, who described TGR as a commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure and 1st grade construction with impeccable finishing designs, assured investors (homeowners) that they would receive Deeds of Assignment, an extract from the global Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in line with the joint venture agreement with the Anambra State Government.

Other facilities include 24 hours power supply, commercial centres, Internet facilities for all homes, convenience shops, a restaurant, clubhouse, promenades for jogging and parks to create an environment
conducive for an active and enjoyable lifestyle, and the Golf Range, deliberately designed to optimise the value of the asset.
Contributing, Director, Strategy and Planning, Rainbow Heritage Group, Mr Emeka Onwuocha, urged Investment into the estate because of what he called quality and efficiency, among other mouthwatering gains in the asset now and in future.

Earlier, Anambra State governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, represented by the State Commissioner for lands, Prof Ofonze Amucheazi, assured that the estate would provide a liveable, prosperous and mega green city convenient for all categories of people.
Soludo recalled that his recent visit to the estates built by Rainbow Heritage Group at Port Harcourt, inspired him into inviting them to invest in Anambra State because of their professionalism, enjoined the citizenry to take advantage of the investment for good.
