The host of SEUGA 5th edition competition, Nnamdi Azikiwe university, Awka, Saturday, thrashed their female opponent from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with 3 goals to 1.

According to the UNN coach, Mr. Matthias Okoro, he told UCJ that, “the game was an entertaining game, but he discovered from his teammates that some of the players who played for the opponent team, Nnamdi Azikiwe university, Awka were machinery, that's to say that some students have graduated and still featuring in the game."
He further stated that improper training aided to the lack of performance in the game, but he encouraged his players to put more effort in the game to get a comeback before the knockout stages.
According to the UNIZIK assistant Coach, Mr. John Anyanwu, the game was fantastic but a little shaky from his players because he did not expect that his team will concede today as they trained so well before the game. He further stated that his players lost a bit of concentration, but the team confidence reawakened in the second half, and he also encouraged his players to work hard and never to lose focus, for the competition is not yet over.
Both the teams ensured to play with cool mind as the game didn't feature any cards. As the atmosphere was so cool and entertaining for both the players and the fans
